“Major health news! I was boarder-line diabetic and on the edge of being placed on high
cholesterol medications, not to mention I already have high blood pressure that I am on
medication for. This morning I went to the Dr. appointment to review labs. I have been able to
keep the 20lbs off since the last 6-week challenge, I lowered my cholesterol 20 points, no
where near needing medication. No longer boarder-line diabetic NOT EVEN close! Lowered my
